About Quickplans
This site is an accumulation of just some of the many of homes that I have designed over the past 15+ years as an architectural draftsman. These projects are primarily Northern California-based, but are applicable anywhere with minimal adjustment.
All plans provided are 100% complete and fully functional, however they do not contain engineering or an engineers stamp/seal which may be required in some states/cities.
Each of our plan sets includes a downloadable Cover Page, Elevations, Foundation Plan, Floor Plan, Electrical Plan, Mechanical Plan, Plumbing Plan, and a DWG "CAD" File (optionally) that you can view, print, or edit to fit your exact needs.
